Our Off-Site Construction Method
Our industrialized construction process relies on advanced three-dimensional prefabrication. From the steel structure to the interior finishes (electrical, plumbing, wall and floor coverings), 90% of the building is manufactured in our factory.
This method enables ultra-fast on-site installation, cutting delivery times by half compared to traditional construction methods.
Atemco also excels in creating custom modular solutions from standardized elements. Any dimension is possible, within transportable limits. Our constructions accommodate expansive interior volumes with generous ceiling heights to optimize user comfort.
A wide range of standard facades is available, along with diverse cladding options: wood, laminate, metal, and more. We also provide full selections of flooring, wall finishes, lighting, and joinery. A comprehensive catalog is at your disposal.
