Sur son site de Fresnes, Renault Retail Group a confié à ATEMCO la fourniture et la pose d’un bâtiment modulaire à usage de bureaux pour son activité véhicules d’occasion.
Le bâtiment mono-module de type Unigalow (BU99S de grande longueur, 9,9 m × 2,8 m) offre 30 m² de bureaux conformes aux règles ERT et à la réglementation thermique en vigueur, attestation Bbio à l’appui.
Fabriqué et aménagé en usine, il a été livré et posé en une intervention réduite au minimum sur un site de concession en activité. Cette réalisation s’inscrit dans la relation de long terme entre ATEMCO et le réseau Renault Retail Group, pour lequel ATEMCO est intervenu sur de nombreux sites en France. L’organisation intérieure a été pensée pour proposer des espaces immédiatement fonctionnels, confortables et adaptés aux usages professionnels.
Factory manufacturing minimizes on-site disruption and ensures rapid commissioning, maintaining a high level of finish aligned with the client’s brand image and operational demands.
