Leisure center of the Pays de Fénelon

The Communauté de communes du Pays de Fénelon entrusted ATEMCO with Lot No. 2 "Supply and installation of a modular structure building" for its non-residential recreation center (ALSH) in Saint-Geniès, Dordogne.

The single-story building, composed of 16 Unigalow-type modules, spans 386.6 m² compliant with ERP Category 5 (Type R) public access requirements and current thermal regulations. The layout is fully comprehensive: activity rooms, dining hall and kitchen, office, entrance hall and circulation areas, child-adapted sanitary facilities, staff breakroom, infirmary, control room, and laundry room.

Completed just a few kilometers from Sarlat, this project illustrates the ability of ATEMCO, a Périgord-based company, to support rural local authorities with functional early childhood and youth facilities delivered on tight schedules. The design addresses the intensive operational demands of the facility, offering straightforward circulation flows, low-maintenance areas, and comfort tailored to all users.

The modular construction method also minimized on-site disruption and ensured rapid operational readiness of the building.
