For Pompes Funèbres Billion, in Étais-la-Sauvin in the Yonne department, ATEMCO delivered a modular funeral home: an uncommon project that demonstrates the versatility of the process.
The single-storey building, composed of 14 Unigalow modules, provides 350 m² (24.9 m × 20.1 m) compliant with ERT/ERP standards and current thermal regulations. The engineering study paid particular attention to the landscape integration of the facility—the subject of a dedicated assessment—and to construction phasing.
Manufactured off-site at our Mussidan plant and assembled on-site, the building welcomes families in a dignified, serene environment suited to its purpose, illustrating ATEMCO's capacity to deliver on the most specialized private commercial briefs. This project highlights ATEMCO's expertise in tailoring modular construction to highly specific uses, without compromising on architectural quality or comfort.
Off-site factory prefabrication secures delivery timelines and minimizes on-site work, ensuring rapid and fully controlled commissioning.
