For the City of Épinay-sur-Seine, ATEMCO delivered a school complex featuring a modular structure composed of 61 Unigalow-type units across two levels, totaling 1,358 m² (43.4 m × 23 m), in full compliance with Category 4 ERP (public-access building) standards and current thermal regulations.
The building was constructed on the footprint of a former gymnasium: following demolition in spring 2024, ATEMCO executed earthworks, screw-pile foundations, and utilities/infrastructure works (VRD), followed by module assembly over the summer.
Delivered complete with classrooms and ancillary facilities, this school complex demonstrates the capability of modular construction to rapidly deliver large-scale educational spaces in dense urban environments. Engineered for the day-to-day needs of students, teaching staff, and maintenance teams, the layout prioritizes intuitive traffic flow, user comfort, and long-term equipment durability.
Off-site factory prefabrication guarantees high-precision build quality while significantly minimizing on-site intervention time.
