For Bercadis in Bergerac, ATEMCO engineered and installed a 115 m² modular building dedicated to sales office operations.
Open to the public, the building complies with both ERP (public-access buildings) and ERT (workplace) standards, as well as RT2012 thermal regulations; it is equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort for visitors and sales teams alike. The pre-painted galvanized steel frame, manufactured at the ATEMCO plant in Mussidan, enabled the rapid commissioning of functional commercial premises tailored to customer reception.
This project exemplifies ATEMCO’s offering for private sector enterprises: a turnkey tertiary building delivered on schedule, from structural design to final installation. The interior layout was designed to provide immediately operational, comfortable spaces adapted to professional requirements.
