The City of Maule selected ATEMCO for Lot No. 3 "General Contracting Modular Building" for the construction of its modular after-school care facility.
The single-storey building brings together 15 Unigalow-type modules covering 233.6 m² (27.5 m × 12.2 m), compliant with category 5 public-access building (ERP) standards for types R and S as well as current thermal regulations; its green roof enhances its integration into the recreation centre's environment.
Installed on screw piles following utility connection and groundworks in spring 2024, the complex was delivered and assembled in July 2024, fitted out with plumbing and electrical systems as part of the turnkey general contract, and subsequently finalized upon sign-off of the punch list; the completed building was handed over in early 2025. Designed for the daily routines of students, teachers, and technical staff, the layout prioritizes clear circulation flows, user comfort, and equipment durability.
Off-site factory prefabrication guarantees high-precision build quality while significantly minimizing on-site intervention time.
